Crossed the border from SA into Victoria. Arrived safely (and white knuckled) in Nelson- a pretty, sleepy fishing village at the mouth of the Glenelg River. No kitchen at the camp so it's dinner at the local pub tonight.

Scary Stuff! Mt Gambier to Nelson
Only did 38kms today but oh what a hazardous highway! Heavy trucks in both directions - logging, petrol, stock - you name it! And no shoulder for protection! We were hugging the white line and shooting off into the rough whenever a truck screamed past.
